3. Right to Refuse Service & Entry

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who:

• Fails to present valid ID.

• Appears intoxicated.

• Exhibits disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

• Does not comply with our upscale environment standards.

4. Dress Code & Conduct

• Upscale casual attire is preferred. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on appearance.

• Guests are expected to treat staff and other patrons with courtesy and respect at all times.

5. House Rules

To ensure an elevated and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

• No Smoking inside the venue. Designated outdoor areas are provided.

• Respect the Experience – Loud, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Photography & Recording – Management reserves the right to limit professional photography, video recording, or use of lighting equipment.

• Security Checks – For the safety of all guests, bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at entry.

• VIP & Reserved Seating – Reserved areas are for paying guests only. Unauthorized use of reserved spaces is not permitted.

• Outside Drinks – Not permitted However, Outside food is allowed.

• Last Call – Management reserves the right to adjust last call times and closing procedures at its discretion.

6. Reservations & Payment

• Reservations may be required for certain events or peak hours.

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A credit card may be required to hold certain bookings. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

7. Liability

• Guests assume all risks associated with consumption of food and beverages.

• BAR 919 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on our premises except as required by law.

8. Website Use

• The content of this website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that menus, pricing, or availability listed online will be identical to what is offered in-house.

• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
